This done through direct communication between the specialized customer service staff and the customer. This crew seeks to maintain communication with the customer to respond to any inquiries and take all notes and requests from customers even after completing the purchase process in order to deal with them by SLB management to take the necessary measures.

Dr. Tarek: In evaluating products to be presented with confidence to the consumer, SLB relies on two specialized work teams. The first is a work team specialized in dealing with medical and cosmetic companies to ensure the safety and efficiency of their factories in producing high-quality products from reliable sources. The second team is pharmaceutical to study the components of the products with their concentrations to ensure that the products work efficiently and to obtain the desired results from these products safely.
